Sweet and Sour Pork


Pork tenderloin
2 green bell pepper
1 green onion
1/2 tbsp. garlic

1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. wine
1tbsp. cornstarch

1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. water
1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tbsp. salt

1) Marinade pork with soy sauce, cornstarch and wine for 10 minutes.

2) Slice green bell pepper, garlic, green onion into half section.

3) Deep fry pork with coated flour.

4) Heat oil saute garlic, onion and green bell pepper. Add seasoning soy sauce, sugar
vinegar, salt etc. till cooked, OFF THE HEAT. Add pork to the sauce and mix well.

5) serve hot.
