1/2 kg. Pork
1/4 kg. Liver
1 onion chopped
3 garlic minced
1/4 kg. diced potatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can garbanzo beans
1 bay leaf
2 cups of water
raisins and salt

1) Boil pork and liver in water with salt until tender ( set aside) Dice

2) In a pan, saute minced garlic and chopped onion put tomato sauce. Add pork and liver
simmer for 5 minutes add potatoes , garbanzo beans, raisin and bayleaf.

3) Cook until done.
