Glazed Meatloaf


2 pounds of minced meat/beef
3 slices bread shredded
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 beat egg
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard powder

1) In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together , 1/2 cup of ketchup, brown sugar , mustard
powder, lemon juice - make it inot half.

2) In a big bowl, mix 2 pounds 0f minced meat/beef, 3 slices of bread shredded, chopped onion'
egg, beef bouillon granules and a half of lemon juice, a ketchup mixture from small bowl.

3) Mix thoroughly and place mixture into a 5x9 in loaf pan, form into a loaf.

4) Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 1 hour, remove the excess oil and spread on top of the remaining
ketchup mixture then bake for another 10 minutes.
