1 kg. ground pork
1/2 kg. hotdog chopped
1 cup grated che-vital cheeze
2 onion chopped
4 hard boiled egg
1 cup flour
2 eggs fresh
1/2 cup pickles
1 cup raisins
2 pcs. finely chopped chorizo
salt and pepper to taste

1) In a bowl , mix all ingredients together - Add raw eggs and mix thoroughly.

2) Take aluminum foil, spread and arrange the pork mixture, put over pickles, hard bolied eggs (sliced) and hot dog then roll.

3) Cover with broth mixture and simmer until done, let cool.

4) Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
