Fried Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg. chicken
3 pcs. calamansi
1 can pineapple juice
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cornstarch
DIRECTION:
1) Rub chicken leg with calamansi, marinade with pineapple juice, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
2) Remove and dry , dredge the chicken leg in cornstarch/flour .
3) Deep fry for about 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat until the skin is crispy.
