
5 pounds frozen chicken wings
1/4 cup fish sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. paprika
1/4 cup pounded garlic
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup sliced jalapeno chili pepper
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
DIRECTION:
1) Bake frozen chicken wings for about 45 minutes or 1 hour at 200 C, till golden brown.
2) In a pan, put 1 tbsp. of olive oil, sautee 1/4 cup of pounded garlic, 1/4 cup of sliced thinly jalapeno chil, 1 pepper till soft.
3) Add chicken broth, fish sauce, paprika and white sugar.
4) Add 2 tbsp. of cornstarch, let it thicken.
5) Stir then pour it in crispy chicken wings.
